Welcome to Zerui Medical Concierge. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. 1. Service Nature: We are an independent medical concierge coordination agency, NOT a medical institution. We assist with hospital matching, appointments, translation, and itinerary planning, but we do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. 2. Medical Disclaimer: All medical decisions and outcomes are the sole responsibility of you and your treating physician. We are not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or misdiagnoses. 3. Client Responsibility: You must provide accurate and complete medical information. You are responsible for obtaining valid visas and travel insurance. 4. Fees & Payment: All service fees are as listed on the website. Medical expenses (hospital, surgery, medication) and personal expenses (flights, hotels) are NOT included. 5. Refund Policy: The Basic Assessment ($499) is fully refundable before service begins. Once the service has started, no refunds will be issued. VIP and companion services require prior consultation. 6. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages caused by force majeure, third-party hospitals, or client-related factors. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees you have paid. 7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
